• Amendment Charges

• It will be charged after deducting cancellation / Amendment Charges of Service Provider like Airlines, Hotels etc. 
• Amendments have to be notified in writing only. Any Amendment made over the phone or verbally will not be considered for taking any action. However non-written intimation can be accepted at our discretion.
• Amendment charges will be Rs. 1,000 per Adults/kid /Child/infant  for any change in any type of Services.
• Amendment or Rescheduling request will be taken into consideration only if requested 7 days brfore the travelling date. 

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Kindly note that the quotation is given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels, so are subject to change and availability.
2. The booking amount doesn't guarantee confirmation, the status of the booking will be intimidating to you.
3. Once confirmation of tour component/s is/are provided from our side any amendment thereto will attract Rs.1000 amendment charge per person per amendment over and above the cost of amended of tour component, by the respective service provider (Airline, Hotel and Cab Company).
4. Cost does not include Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail/flight/vehicle delays, cancellations, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance, restrictions imposed by Authorities/law, etc. Refund is Conditional.
5. At the time of booking, you need to pay the full amount for your air ticket (inclusive of taxes), visa, and insurance. On receipt of the payments into our account, we will start the process of ticket issuance, visa facilitation, and insurance and simultaneously book your land arrangements. Please note that air ticket prices are dynamic and are subject to change unless ticketed. Air tickets once issued are governed by the amendment and cancellation policy of the respective airlines.
6. A surcharge will be applicable on events, festivals, exhibitions & Fairs without any prior notice.
7. Rooms provided to you in hilly areas or Budget Hotel will be Non – Air Conditioned unless specified. Please clarify in case of any confusion.
8. The food Menu and right to admission will be as per hotel policy. Club Holiday has no say in the same.
9. The difference in cost arising due to corona guidelines and change in Taxes by the Government or shall be charged extra.
10. Any Refund due to Amendment, cancellation, or any other event will be as per the refund policy of the service provider.
11. All the sightseeing spots mentioned in the Itinerary are indicative. No compensation or refund will be made in case any of indicative sightseeing spot is not covered during the sightseeing due to lack of time or factors beyond our control like rail/flight/vehicle delays, cancellations, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance, a restriction imposed by Authorities/law, etc.
12. Conditions of other Third Party Operators - In the event you are booking through us a tour/travel service of any third party operators like Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Cosmos, Dream Cruise, etc, the terms and conditions of such third party operators, including their payment schedule, cancellation, refund, etc, shall be applicable to you in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
13. Pictures Shown here are for representation purposes only, and they don't Present a True Picture and state of the Property or Vehicle.
14. Non-Adherence to the payment timeline can lead to cancellation of the booking and refund will be as per cancellation policy.
15. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.

We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements which you book with us are supplied as represented and promised to you. If any parts of travel arrangements are not provided as promised due to the fault of our employees, agents, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements collected from You. 

We do not accept any responsibility for any third-party services or service providers like hotels/cruises, transport, etc. For example, travel delays are the responsibility of the transporters and inefficient hospitality is the responsibility of the hotels.

We are only your tour operator and at no time do we act as managers for your respective responsibilities and personal obligations. We are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanor, omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for example, we are not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents etc at any time before the commencement of the tour or after it or during the tour.

• More than 30 days prior to the departure date  - Initial Booking Amount covering cancellation charges for all the travel components or 25% of the Tour Cost  whichever is higher (Non-refundable & Non-transferable)
• 30 days prior to the departure date                     - 50% of the total tour cost
• 15 days from to the departure date                     - 100% of the tour cost required.
